Finca la Boltana - Alsina en Sarda
Grapes are handpicked, with bunches then being selected manually on a sorting table. Primary maceration in cold (5º) for 12 hours with the object of extracting the maximum qualities of this grape from this particular vineyard, which has a very low production. Later pressed softly followed by fermenting at low temperature (14º). After fermentation has finalised the wine is aged on its own lees for 3 months.

Yellow colour with greenish reflections. Intense in aromas of ripe white fruit, very intense and persuasive, also with smoky nuances. In the mouth it is corpulent, with volume and very smooth.
